Product is good but at delivery tym the paymant was increased! I ordered this product only at 325 but delivery boy said mam it's 365 and I also check the payment and delivery status it's show me 365 how could u do this scam!!!

I had thought that holes in the bowl would help cook better and faster and would prevent sticking to the bowl and I was disappointed. The batter would seep through the holes and seal them even before you heat it. So, holes serve only to cause you extra work cleaning the lower side of the plates where batter seeped through and stuck. For ididyappam the holes might serve the purpose but not for idlies. The bowls produce medium size idliies and the plates are not thick and sturdy.
