this idli maker is so easy to use & clean. I even made steamed chocolate cake in the dhokla plate & it turned out so good. I bought induction safe range so its very sturdy. To note: instead of traditional idli makers that are long in height, this is kadhai shaped which gives it sleek look as well.

Thin material, but good workmanship and good finish, I tried idli so far and it worked amazing. Do not try to use the kadhai for anything else or left empty on flame even for shorter time , it's too thin and may get damaged
