It is a Heavy based kadai and the quality is amazing. The food doesn't get burnt but slightly sticks at the bottom and can be cleaned off easily. You can make curries for 2-3 people in this 20 cm one.

Good quality. Ideal for little quantity of gravy, sautéing for chutneys, deep frying of papad/puri. Doesn’t take too much space so I store the leftover with the Kadai directly in the fridge sometimes.

This is very good quality, heavy duty kadhai. It comprises 3 layers, 2 layers of stainless steel, and aluminium layer in between. Food heats quickly and does not stick to the kadhai. It is working well both on induction and normal gas stove.
