I had received one bottle with packing and other bottle with open seal and some rose water was used in it.and I was not expected this type of cheating from amazon totally disappointed please don't repeat it again check carefully before it send

Cooking surface is rough , not comfortable to work with. 11 inch is very heavy to hold while cleaning & washing.

Product was not pre seasoned& finishing was not as shown in the picture . I have seasoned it for 4-5 times still there is black coating gets mixed with food . Is it normal nature of cast iron or defect in product I don’t understand

Company's name e.g. ROCK is not inscribed on the handles if the kadhai.Just want to know why is this so when in the pictures it's so inscribed in Kadhai handle.Unable to use because of this as there is doubt if this is genuine. Though at the bottom it's inscribed rockAlso came is loose pack. But looks sturdy.Three star only for these issues

Absolutely love the product from Rock Tawa! The food does not stick to the sides of the kadai and cooking is fast as well. Overall it gives me a good and positive feel that the food I am cooking is healthy for my family. I was able to use it within 3 days of receiving it after soaking it with rice water for 2 full days. To prevent rust, rub with oil as soon as it is dry after washing.
