The product does not comes with a heat resistant handle, thereby making it very users unfriendly rather unsafe product. I tried to search for the gasket for the product to keep as spare but it is not available in local market which is again a serious drawback.If these two shortcomings are removed, it may a good product.

Versatile cooker. Closing and locking the lid is not easy in beginning, need practice.Invoice is not fully readable and Batch number required by the Warranty card is not available and cannot be downloaded on mobile applications. Request Amazon to look into this matter.

I understand that if I buy a cooker there should a whistle along with it. I did not receive a whistle. Does it mean I need to get one myself? Otherwise that product is good the was I expected it.

hv ordered the 4th cooker,everytime expirence is the product is delivered aleays incomplete,twice whistle was missing/handle screw was missing,this time it was the leaky safety valve.has pigeon decided to harass customers or is it amazon doing it at their end.seriously scared to suggest/promote this product product tofriends or family.hope you both improvise or perish.all the best.

It's good to use. As it's a 3 in 1 we can make rice or curries with it. Operation wise is not that user friendly especially with the whistle lid. It's hard to rotate even after pressing it. Will get some more time to get use to this new lid.But other wise all good. It's hard anodized and tough built quality.

I made chicken biryani using this cooker. It came out great !Used the glass lid and the handi went straight to the dining table from the stovetop !The strainer lid is of no use at all - I cant imagine anyone trying to strain anything using this heavy cooker.This option can be removed by the manufacturer and bring the price down.The sealing of the pressure cooker lid is no fun but once you get the hang of it - it is not so bad.Except for the unnecessarily complicated way of sealing the pressure cooker lid and the completely useless strainer lid that doesnt makes any sense at all on such a heavy handi - this is one great product and would deserve 5stars.Great for biryanis, chole,etc.
