I have seen some reviews wherein customers have received the product with broken handle bar however this is not with all the cases. It's very sturdy and easy to clean and is quite big can make soups ie tea coffee anything in this easily. The only thing it's too heavy, if you throw it on a thief he will definitely die ??????. It's a quality product and we are very happy using it, using since a long time but still no issues faced at all. Worth every Penny

Over all it's good but 2lts has no pouring spout in pan. it always spill the liquids specially tea, milk, water while pouring.It doesn't get burn marks like steel pans but tea leaves get stick to base and sides, which makes it difficult to clean. but yes slightly easy compared to steel.
