Very bad response from the company side, first time I returned the product because it was defective, second time the lever broke into two in few days, I've been contacting the customer care, got complaint number but no one showed till now, it's been a month. Service quality is very bad

I already had turbo chef mini chopper so thought to give this one a try as well. Overall the product does what it says and get its done nicely. The chopping, dicing and dough kneading gets done very well. Th jar is pretty big so getting 3-4 onions/tomato/carrot/capsicum etc is easy.However there are some issue like1) The lid doesn't seal shut and keeps getting loose while you operate it. Very irritating to hold the lid with 1 hand, move the lever with another2) There is a rubber ring at the bottom of the jar which should ideally keep the chopper in place. But its useless and the machine keep slipping. When you need to do some heavy duty slicing or making dough then it becomes really difficult3) The lever has a white plastic attachment at bottom which helps move it from one gear to another. it gets stuck in one gear to often and feels like it will break if you try to remove it.Overall its a decent product. I bought this since i wasn't sure my spouse will use it or not. I need this mainly for kneading dough and it works. I plan to use it for its lifecycle and then buy an electric one which will knead dough.

It's a nice upgrade to the smaller solimo chopper which breaks every 6 months with regular usage.The julian blades and slicer are too cumbersome to use. Whipping option is nice, and haven't tried the dough blade.While using, the gears make a funny sound as if the internals are breaking apart.

It is working well. Using slicer is little difficult . It's handle's revolving ball came out, some thing inside was broken. I repaired using m-seal.

I ordered this in hope of kneeding dough after I saw a video on youtube ! Thats ofcourse in addition to its chopping/slicing/whipping capabilities .. and I thought it would be a perfect helper to the ladies in my home !!I received the package in a tightly packed condition (Box inside a box) .. inside a small box and i wondered how everything could have got fit inside such small space ? I opened and to my surprise the disc with blade was tightly fit into the first gear space in an unjustified manner.. So i would give the packaging a 1 star as it took me and my father whole good one hour to pull out disc and blade out of the 1st gear !!The testing went though spotless! The blades are sharp and well capable of chopping hell out of any onions and cabbages !! Yet.. not tested other veggies though.. whipping for making a icecream smoothie went good too !But beware.. this seriously is not a dough kneader .. you have to purchase other gadget if you are only looking for dough kneading function.. You only have option of sharp blade for kneading the dough and that take hours !! There should be a high grade plastic attachement for dough kneading that needs to be accompanied here .. Rest.. I am home :)

I saw reviews that it is so sharp that it cuts deeply if mishandled and some one give it a 1 star....????its job is to cut and if you cut you fingures then u should get 1 star for clumbsyness not the product...and so far it is a good product...it does not make a paste....it just cuts it very finely I live in hostle and mixer etc are not allowed so I am satisfied with this...I got it for 750 approx..on sale..if you see it for 1000+ then wait for the sale...once you get use to it it's preety easy to handle.and to clean it's even easier.....after use just quickly wash it under running water or full it with water..and I wash the blades with old tooth brush....cause it pretty sharp.....

Received the product today... And I was damn happy they have included dough blade for kneading. Really while booking the product the disadvantage I found is kneading the dough with blades.. it might be ok while kneading but taking out the dough from blades is really pathetic. But after seeing the attachment of f dough blade I was like woowww.... I preferred this mainly for its easy cleaning and compact design. Hope it will work fine for me. Up to now I have used small pigeon chopper for chopping my veggies. As this one have the additional options of slicing, shredding, kneading and whipping. Hope it will reduce my kitchen effort. So that in this lockdown time I can keep my whole family healthy with my cooking.

Just received the product yesterday. I should say that it's a must-have in the kitchen. I was initially worried about the blades being not sharp enough. But it proved to be otherwise ?? ( attaching the picture of my experience) . The most unfortunate thing is that the info on the product mentions about a non slip base but sadly the product delivered to me doesn't have that black ring on the base so it's a little slippery. But I can work around that. Kudos to wonderchef for the wonderful product. That veg cucumber salad was ready to go with just two rotations in 4 gear. Will update after trying the slicing and kneading blades.
