It is looking nice, easy to clean, retains the temperature and easy to store. Handle less utensils are easy to store. If at all a handle needed, it should be reduced to the smallest possible size.

Very cute looking. Keeps chappati's reasonably hot. There was a slight roughness around the side screw, but decided to smoothen it out myself, rather than return it.

This is not a casserole. This is a roti server. If you are looking for a product to serve rotis within 10 minutes of making then go for it. Otherwise this will not keep th chappatis warm for more than 10 minute. It stops the chapati from getting soggy for sure. But its not a casserole by any means.

Overall it's a good product from a quality perspective. But does not keep rotis warm and neither it has a locking mechanism. But prevents rotis from becoming soggy. Very easy to clean and looks very nice. But, inspite of all this I really liked it and will recommend if you are ok to ignore the lock feature, warmth.
