Its not light weight but that's a good thing which means it has solid metal and since TITANIUM is very costly, SS would do. The lock mechanism does not work. Its easy to clean though with No apparent crevices for debris to be trapped.

Unlike plastic casseroles, these do not have a locking mechanism. Therefore, food does not remain hot for as long as in the plastic ones. That is the only negative - everything else is perfect. Hope they are able to incorporate a lock feature in future designs.
