The outer carton was making loose rattling.. tinkling noise when the delivery boy handled it and handed over.. I asked him if the parcel had fallen down.. he said no.. when we opened the outer box the inner box looked pressed like in 1st photo and when we opened the inner box.. one out two Mason jars was broken to pieces like in 2nd photo.. as this internal damage happened before delivery.. we were not aware.. so please be careful when you open the box.. the whole house was filled with small pieces of glass attached to the bubble wrapping sheet and it took a great effort and time to clear the mess. Just a caution.

While receiving the order one mason jar was already broken and second got broke while pouring the hot water . The glass quality is to bad did not excepted from Treo Milton company. It was disappointing I hardly used the jar for a day.
