It is like a monster..squeezes out the coffee from the powder with pressurised steam...i did have a Cafe Coffee day aluminium filter.. did not use it much...this I use on the induction as it is steel a perfect addition to your coffee collection... the taste of the same bru filter coffee from conventional gravity filter to this filter is incomparable...now I enjoy the real coffee

Pigeon Xpresso Stainless Steel Coffee Perculator, 500ml, Silver is really good. I dont know why flavor is added to the rating. Flavor depends on coffee powder being used. But as far coffee maker is concerned it is good. As far as the base of the coffee maker is concerned it is thin. I have used other coffee maker also its base was also thin. When placed on a low flame you get a pop up sound in the base which is terrifying. I dont know why manufacturers make the stainless base so thin, probably because of steam generation the base expands. It could have much better.

Saw that the recent reviews are mostly negative so had a second thought before buying, I mean I can always return.I have been using this for 2 weeks now, regularly, twice a day and it works like perfectly. I brews great cup of coffee everytime. I use an induction at the second lowest temperature setting. No steam leakage. Its a bialetti knock-off for 650rs, I mean what else can you ask for.Its good. Highly recommend it.

Bought the product on October 6th and used 5 to 6 times in 2 months . Coffee flavour is coming good provided your coffee powder is coarsely grounded .....if it's finely powdered the coffee powder also comes through the nozzle and remains in the decoction. But after 2 months of use the rubber came out.... and its difficult to use now . The upper decoction collector don't have much finishing . Here and there sharp edges are there. So while cleaning be careful to not to cut your fingers.

Five stars as it really is great value for money and very good quality build. I love it. Using daily for two months and I still love it. Totally recommend. It’s my first moka pot and no trouble using it. However it only makes two cups at a time. So I’m wondering how I’d make for guests in future! On the plus side I drink a bit less coffee!!
