The metal cap of this bottle is so loose that when i poured water from it to a glass the cap slipped and its water spilled on the table. The cap doesn’t hold on its own. You have to hold it while pouring water. A poor product.

The product is perfect but the lid is not a proper fit. It’s too loose and so when I tilt it with water, the lid automatically comes out without any grip which makes the jar not fit for use. It got delayed for me to open the item as I was not in town so now I’m not able to return it back too. I kept it u used.

The glass body is very delicate and for everyday cooking its quite inconvenient as you are always nervous about picking it up and putting it back.. The bamboo lid is the other faulty design. If you keep refiing the water and ignore the lid (as I did with my plastic lid) soon the lid develops fungus. Also the rubber ring does not tightly fit the rim.. When you pour water, the lid slides off easily often leading to spilling. It is only useful as "partyware"..look pretty without much utility! Could have got two sturdy glass jugs with plastic lids in this price.
