Worst product ever. It’s been just 2 weeks since I got the kettle and it has stopped working. Now when I called customer care they have asked me to take the product to the nearest service centre which is 15kms away. I have been trying to call the customer care number again, but it’s not going through. Please don’t buy this product. You will regret it

The power switch is very sensitive. A drop of water will make it malfunction. If you are careful with this issue than it a great product. Heating is very good.

This is my second purchase... & again it disappointed me. In my first purchased, I got damaged product (it had a dent) but I didn't returned the product, thinking if it works than why to bother the seller... But after one month it stopped working. After some month I purchased again and it was in good condition... But again after some month it stopped working. Hope others are not facing any problem ??
