This is the third carafe I have used in the last 6 months.The first was bought many years ago and lasted about 6 months .I started it using it after many years.After that Cracked I bought my second one on Silkrute which didn't last for even a month. Bought on 1.3.2021The third one I bought on 19.4.2021cracked after two months.I shall certainly never ever buy Borosil Products especially the ones used on the gas stove and I shall never recommend them to anyone.Its a complete rip off.

Nice product! I loved it.Glasses are okay not too small not too large. I like it. While making tea on gas stove you have to be cautious otherwise I love borosils product. I don't understand why people keep commenting about glass being thin and fragile that borosil you have to be cautious while using. If you're using it from a long time you would know how to use it.

Clear, scratch resistant, lead free glass. No residual odor. Can be used on Gas stove and Induction directly to boil water. Extremely light yet sturdy - obviously not 'dropping on the floor' proof - but can take a slight beating (subjective) that most glasses can't.The cups are light and beautiful.

Once upon a time this was a reputed company. Any one could buy something from Borosil stress free , even if they looked really fragile .My last few experiences with this brand has made me realise that they no longer take pains in ensuring the quality is the same as it used to be .Everything I have purchased from them recently either comes broken or breaks easily .I ordered a same carafe like this one but it arrived broken broken so Returned it & bought the same from this seller , unfortunately this one also broke during the 2nd use . My old carafe lasted me for many many years & it looked even more fragile that this one but was so damn sturdy . That’s what I meant about the company compromising on the quality.I’m highly disappointed as I have loved Borosil ,but not anymore unless they wish to correct their mistakes & not compromise on the quality.
