As aluminium is hazardous and cancerous to health, people now a days tend to use aluminium cookware more and more, as its easy to use and cheap, but without proper edutation people dnt know the side effects of using aluminium utencils, it leaches into the food we cook, acidic food is most effected by aluminium, after knowing the side effects i did a lot of research of good cookware which doesn't have side effects and there are not so many cookware which are actually good for health, so i use ceramic cookware from Xtrema and Neoflam, which are insanely costly, so i was looking for low cost safe cookware and i found corculon and meyers hard anodised cookware, they are teflon coated but its still safe as far as aluminium, still they were costly, atlast i found this one hard anodised sumeet tope, tope is something which we are used to its design, we as ondians use tope in almost all houses, so i found this to be non reactive to food, as its Hard anodizing is performed by placing the cookware into an electrolytic acid bath and applying electrical current to form an oxide coating. This oxide coating provides excellent abrasion resistance I would buy all sizes and i will recomend this to everyone who dnt want cancerous aluminium to leach into their food, Note: Aluminium traces has been found in the brain of alzheimer's patients.
