Just used it, the string is not operational and not locked easily due to poor spring system and locking groves are not proper to hold it and open simultaneously. Not meet to one year warranty for replacement and rectify by the technician inspite of several call and email for technical issues raised by us.kindly take action on my request for early replacement or rectify the technical issue as soon as possible. I used other brand a cheaper brand and it works wonderful. However I had high expectations from this one. Big chunks , string gets stuck, u have to do lot of chopping to fit into container. Movement is not smooth
