I got one bottle i stead of two, the bottle was half open with the shampoo spilling out. It's a rip off. I am not even going to use it on my pets. The packaging was bad, it's cheap in quality but very heavy on the pocket. PS: It's a non refundable non returnable product, which according to the rude customer service on Silkrute translates to," too bad you lost your money, we can't do anything about it, keep sending us pics over and over again, we we'll just keep saying thats not acceptable. We can't help you any further." I have chats to prove this. I genuinely don't want anyone to waste their money. Go in for known better brands like Captn Zack or HUFT,etc.

Reading the positive reviews, I decided to give it a go. Wasn't impressed at all. The smell wasn't great like what the reviews described. Usually, a shampoo dispenser pump bottle comes with a cap but mine came with the pre-attached pump and it wasn't even tightened properly which resulted in the shampoo leaking.
