The gel has dried up 2 yrs before the expiry date n these products are not returnable nor refundable cuz of hygiene purpose... So it's a total loss. I have the entire lot with me and had to buy a whole set of diapers again spending such alot of money. The baby hug company doesn't bother bout the customer service. They easily put up their hands saying it's their company policy and they can't do anything bout it.
