Because it has fruits, it's quite nutritious and I often use happa as breakfast or a filler between the meals for my daughter. The flavor of those with mango is quite good. Rest are ok, but spinach and those with oats could be made better in taste (both), look and consitency (oats ones). The earlier packing was more travel friendly than this one and it would be good to have both the options available.
